Most evaluations measure hard skills as well as soft\nskills to ensure there is a thorough feedback on each and every employee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I\nhate the term soft skills. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soft\nskills are anything but soft. They are excruciatingly hard to achieve. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How\ndo you ensure employees trust their leaders and their vision? <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How\nclear do you communicate with your team? <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How\ncommitted is your team?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How\ndo you increase your teams innovation and creativity? <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>How\ndo you increase the resilience of your team members so that they can bounce\nback from troubled times quickly?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Moudus, we call soft skills <strong>CORE<\/strong> s<strong>kills<\/strong> because we deem that without these core skills employees\ncannot run their post efficiently and their productivity cannot reach the\nlevels their jobs truly require. We consider the follow 7 elements the core\nskills of any individual who truly wishes to reach insane levels of\nproductivity in themselves and in others: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trust and Awareness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innovation and Resilience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proactivity and Responsibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Loyalty and Belonging <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conscious Communication <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commitment and Vision<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interdependence and Consciousness Building <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our daily experience with our very\ncourageous clients, we have seen them able to dominate these skills little by\nlittle and witness the effects that these have on their work and on their team\u2019s\nproductivity.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Deliverables\nstart coming in on time, processes start to flow. Documentation is more\nprecise. People start making others accountable in an empathic but responsible\nmanner.&nbsp; Rotation goes down. Managers\nstop carry work that\u2019s not theirs and start delegating with less difficulty.\nPeople complain less. Stress is more manageable. Teams unite. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The\nkey to this type of change starts by calling these abilities CORE skills.<\/strong> These skills define the manner in which each individual takes\ndecisions in their jobs and the manner in which the work is done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And guess what? At Moudus we have a\npatented system that measures core skills so that they are quantifiable. Again,\nwe LOVE doing difficult things and we measure what, not long ago, seemed impossible\nbecause we believe that we can only improve on what can be measured. But that\u2019s\nfor another article. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You know what\u2019s the most rewarding fact\nabout seeing these CORE skills grow in individuals? To see each and every\nemployee, at all levels, become aware of themselves, of their responsibility to\nsociety, to themselves, to their families.
